Odessa Lodge East and West to add 372 total rooms, enhance dining and recreation facilities

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS – January 29, 2018 – Target Logistics Management, LLC ("Target Logistics"), a global leader in remote accommodations and the largest provider of turnkey workforce housing in the U.S., announced today expansions of both the Odessa Lodge West and the Odessa Lodge East in West Texas, which will increase the company’s total Permian capacity by 372 guest rooms.

“We will continue to answer the call from our strong customer base in the region, which is relying on us to help them enhance the productivity, morale and safety of their workforce,” said Target Logistics President and CEO Brad Archer. “Following closely on the heels of the announcement of our new lodge coming to Mentone, these two expansions are part of our on-going commitment to supporting our customers’ growth in the Permian Basin.”

The majority of the expansion will take place at the Odessa Lodge West, which will add 300 private guest rooms in this phase, increasing the facility’s total number of rooms to 805. A new 15,000-square-foot kitchen and dining facility, along with a new 12,000-square-foot state-of-the-art fitness and recreation center, will also be added.
